Dealer Program Policies 

 1. All orders are required to be paid in full at the time when the orders are placed. First order minimum is $1500.00 CAD. Please contact Cuiairsoft.com wholesale department to place the initial order. 2. Payments are accepted in Canada verified credit card, PayPal with a verified address, western union and bank wire transfer for Canada customers only. If you reside outside of Canada: We do not accept International credit cards. PayPal, western union and bank wire are the only payment methods offered. 3. All orders that require western union or bank wire as payment method must be paid in full within 48 hours. Orders will be cancelled without notification if no payments were received within designated time period. 4. All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days. All international orders are processed and shipped within 5~10 business days. 5. All items on back order and Pre-order items will be cancelled and refunded to buyer immediately including price differences on estimated pre-paid shipping & handling charges. 6. Coupon codes are for retail accounts only, not for dealer pricing at already reduced costs. This includes but is not limited to free shipping, free magazines, extra % off. 7. All rights reserved and all pricings are subjected to change without prior notice. 8. All purchases are made from the Cuiairsoft.com warehouse.  9. You are responsible for “Shipping & Handling” on each order unless otherwise specified by a promotion. 10. We do not hold or combine orders as this can greatly affect productivity in our shipping centre. 11. Reseller agrees to obey all necessary law, regulation and will hold Continental Ultimate Inc. (cuiairsoft.com) and staff harmless from all legal claims. 12. Dealer Program Policies are subject to change without notice.  

Warranty Policies 

All sales are final. All items are inspected prior to shipping and it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all goods received within 48 hours to report any shipping damages or discrepancies. Cuiairsoft.com warranty does not extend beyond the initial transactions between Cuiairsoft.com and wholesale account holders. For International customers with shipping warehouses or orders ship to a freight forwarding company, it is best to have someone at that location to inspect the items received as we do not extend our warranty. Our dealer warranty program provides the biggest selection of replacement parts support at low cost. There are no warranties on Chinese made Airsoft guns, free batteries, and complete gearboxes that are sold as a set of replacement / reinforcement parts. 

We highly recommend our dealers to obtain basic knowledge of Airsoft. All goods are sold brand new. All warranty returns must have prior approval from our RMA department. Warranty voids when the product is abused, sold to 3rd party, altered, skirmished, disassembled in any way, wear and tear, not in original packaging, showing any alteration or removal of the orange tip. Cuiairsoft.com does not offer any exchanges and returns on items sold. Any exception will require special approval and inspection. A 30% restocking fee will be apply if exception is allowed. Warranty policies are subject to change without notice. 

Liability Waiver 
 
I am at least 18 years of age and do not know of any local or provincial laws that would prohibit me from purchasing, reselling or owning Airsoft products. I hereby state that all questions have been answered truthfully and I hold Continental Ultimate Inc (cuiairsoft.com) and all of its agents harmless of any and all legal action arising from my purchase from the aforementioned company. I will not hold Cuiairsoft.com and their staff responsible when selling, displaying or advertising any of their products in any way different, misleading or not true to its original products sold by Cuiairsoft.com. I understand that removal of any warning stickers or any protective markings will violate federal law and store warranty. Furthermore, I understand that federal law states that the use of any look-alike, toy gun in a crime carries the full ramifications of a real firearm. I have read and understand all warnings, liabilities, and warranties related to the products offered and hold harmless the vendor and all of its agents of any and all legal action.
